Before anything is built you get a short written scope: what we will build, what we deliberately will not, and what we need from you. We work fixed-scope or time and materials, chosen per project, and how an engagement is priced is stated plainly.

Every build leaves the studio tested and accessible, and we host and operate it from launch for a monthly fee. One team to build it, one team to answer for it.

The work is visible the whole way on a preview address, and after launch changes run through the same tested loop. Who runs it, who writes it, and how it changes is answered in writing, not discovered later.
